Riccardo Bruno

CHAIRMAN

Riccardo is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marzotto SIM S.p.A. He has held top positions in the Italian financial sector since 1990. He was Head of Global Investment Banking of Deutsche Bank Italy. As a senior partner and member of the Board of Directors of Clessidra SGR he coordinated the investment team in various sectors (Financial Institutions, Automotive, Transport, Telecom/Media, Industrials, Utilities, Consumer/Luxury) He was a board member of Credem and Nexi, is at present on the boards of directors of leading Italian companies.

Domenico Moro

CEO

Domenico is CEO of Marzotto SIM S.p.A. He has over 30 years of experience in the fixed income and credit industries. He worked at UBS and was Head of Fixed income and credit Sales at Commerzbank London. He has been involved in the structuring, syndication and sales of private and public corporate bonds, as well as ABS. He also traded and structured regulatory capital transactions. He has developed extensive experience on alternative investment in private credit and ABS. He has advised major financial institutions on asset allocation and investments in fixed income and credit markets.

Marcello Gambacorta

HEAD OF CAPITAL MARKETS

Marcello graduated in Economics and Finance from the University of Rome La Sapienza, specializing in Financial Mathematics and Mathematical Models applied to finance. He has been Head of Markets at Marzotto SIM S.p.A since 2015. Previously, he was Head of Sales and Structuring in the fixed income and credit area for Italy and Switzerland at Abax Bank. He has a deep understanding of the fixed income markets and was instrumental in the development of Marzotto SIM S.p.A market operations and trading systems infrastructure .

Lodovico Dona' dalle rose

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Lodovico is the business development manager of Marzotto SIM S.p.A. He held the roles of analyst and portfolio manager in the subsidiary Marengo Financial Services LTD. Since 2016 he has assumed the role of director of the family holding ADdR S.P.A with a focus on real estate and finance and he was CEO of Manifatture Internazionali, co-controlling holding of the Marzotto group. Lodovico was a member of the investment committee of Marengo Financial Services LTD, a member of the investment committee of Marzotto SIM S.p.A, and a member of the equity committee. Lodovico holds a master's degree in finance, management control and administration
