WHISTLEBLOWING

As required by Legislative Decree 24/2023, Marzotto SIM S.p.A S.p.A. (hereinafter the "SIM") has drafted a new Policy on Whistleblowing which specifies the internal reporting channels and the management of reports. The Policy guarantees the protection of the whistleblower and of the subjects who support him in the reporting, the confidentiality of the personal data of the whistleblower and the reported person, what should be reported and what should not and the communication channels to complete the reports.
The SIM makes the following channels available:

• Online platform (provided by the Company Laser Romae and based on an external infrastructure) for anonymous use, without tracing the technical data related to the network and the device used, thus guaranteeing maximum confidentiality.
• voice channel calling the following telephone number: 0282900013
• possibility to request, through the Platform, a direct meeting with the Reporting Manager;
• email to be sent to the address odv@marzottosim.com with redirection to pino.ruscio@lprconsulting.it (Responsible for the Organo di vigilanza (Supervision body )ex law 231)
• in written format by ordinary mail with the wording "confidential" to the address of the Supervision Body (Organo di Vigilanza) : LPR Management Consulting S.r.l. Residenza Portici snc, Milano Due, 20090 Segrate - Milan – Italy
